BCA Section J, NABERS, NaTHERS – Building Compliance Report
We are accredited ABSA Assessors, therefore our service ensures the following building energy efficiency report compliances for Council regulations anywhere in Australia:
• Building Code of Australia Section J (BCA Section J).
• NABERS (Energy for offices)incorporating the previous Australian Buildings Greenhouse Rating (ABGR) system.
• NatHERS.
Section J service involves the inspection and
analysis of plans and specifications to BCA which is an Australia-wide code
and therefore applies to every State. Therefore we can provide this service
to any business, anywhere in Australia, from our Sydney office for the same economical fee and at the same, rapid turn-over. You need to
simply email/fax us your plans and specifications.

BCA Section J - Building Energy Efficiency Reports
We will analyze your proposed building plans/specifications to produce for you a comprehensive Report on the energy efficiency of your proposed building (or new area) to ensure approval/compliance with your Development Application (DA) through compliance with minimum local Shire Council building energy efficiency requirements.
Australian building energy efficiency reports (NatHERS)
We will calculate your building’s potential energy efficiency to Nathers specifications. This will ensure that it operates at optimum energy efficiency AND will ensure approval of your Development Application (DA) through compliance with minimum local Council building energy efficiency requirements.

NABERS Scheme
How does your building compare with the competition’s with regards to
energy efficiency? Will your building OR
your competitor’s building look more attractive to potential tenants
OR to future, potential property buyers? Give us the details of your
existing building and we will calculate its energy efficiency.
Improvement in Energy Efficiency: If your new or existing building is calculated as being low in energy efficiency, if you wish, we can give you economical advice on how to quickly and economically improve its energy efficiency rating so as to improve its BCA Section J, NABERS (incl. ABGR) or NaTHERS.
